Join us for a 2-hour immersive workshop exploring the medicinal plants growing all around us. Together, we’ll learn how to identify, understand, and work with common “weeds” of the Northeast as powerful plant allies.

This class blends practical herbal knowledge with intuitive and traditional approaches to plant medicine.

In this workshop, you’ll learn:

• How to confidently identify common backyard medicinal plants

• The medicinal uses of:

  • Yarrow

  • Plantain

  • Mugwort

  • Self-Heal

  • Dandelion

  • Mullein

• An introduction to herbal energetics (cooling, warming, drying, moistening)

• How to begin building a relationship with the plants around you

Includes:

• Hands-on tincture-making demonstration

• Step-by-step guidance to make your own herbal extract

• Take home your own handcrafted tincture
